This Agreement governs your use of the ph king Casino platform at phking.lat. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026ph king Casino is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older. Mandatory under PAGCOR's licensing conditions.
The ph king platform is operated under PAGCOR regulation and is intended exclusively for eligible residents of the Philippines.
ph king operates within the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation's regulatory framework. All games use certified RNGs.
Each player is permitted a single ph king account. Duplicate accounts violate these Terms and will result in account closure.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph king Casino. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2.2 ph king reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 This Agreement is provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ph king Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
3.2 ph king reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met. Where an Account is closed for ineligibility, any winnings derived from gameplay during the ineligible period may be forfeited at ph king's sole discretion, subject to PAGCOR guidance.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. ph king makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 ph king is required by PAGCOR and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo identification (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport). ph king may request additional documentation at any time.
4.4 ph king will not process withdrawals to any Player who has not completed KYC verification. ph king reserves the right to suspend Account access pending completion of KYC procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must never share your credentials with any third party. ph king will never ask for your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorized by you.
5.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. ph king strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other service and enabling device-based authentication where available.
5.2 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph king immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. ph king may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
5.3 ph king employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform. However, ph king cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
ph king accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, 7-Eleven, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Pesos. ph king does not charge fees on e-wallet deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph king Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph king does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes; bank transfers within 1–4 banking hours; USDT within 15 minutes.
ph king reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. This is required under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
All Account Funds are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). ph king does not currently support multi-currency accounts. USDT deposits are converted to Philippine Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. ph king may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts subject to prior notice. The inactivity fee will not reduce any Account balance below zero.
7.1 ph king may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
7.2 Where there is a conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that particular promotion.
7.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account closure.
7.4 ph king reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, system error, or fraudulent activity. Winnings generated through exploiting an error or unintended bonus behaviour may be voided.
7.5 Bonus balances and real-money balances are tracked separately. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds. Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
8.1 All games available on the ph king Platform use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards. The outcome of each game round is determined by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by any Player action other than in-game decisions where applicable (e.g., Mines bomb count selection).
8.2 ph king publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information panel. Actual results will vary from the stated RTP over any given session or period — the published RTP is a theoretical long-run average.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph king's system logs will be the primary reference for determining the outcome. ph king reserves the right to void any bet affected by a technical error and refund the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings generated from a demonstrable system error may be voided.
8.4 Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a Wager. Game rules are accessible from the game lobby on the ph king Platform. ph king's support team is available to explain game rules via live chat at any time.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph king Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, grounds for immediate Account suspension, and where applicable, legal action:
9.2 Where ph king reasonably suspects a Player of prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend Account access, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, void affected bets and winnings, and permanently close the Account. ph king will report suspected illegal activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.
10.1 All content on the ph king Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is owned by ph king Casino or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software from the ph king Platform without ph king's express prior written consent.
11.1 ph king collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, PAGCOR compliance reporting, customer support, and marketing communications where you have opted in.
11.3 ph king will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, licensed game providers, payment processors, and legal authorities as required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
12.1 ph king is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players at no cost, accessible from Account Settings:
12.2 Players who are experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool and to contact Gamblers Anonymous Philippines or the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) for professional support. Further resources are available at /responsible-gaming.
12.3 ph king will honour all self-exclusion requests without question. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, ph king will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account, including during any applicable re-entry period.
13.1 ph king reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
13.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to Player breach, ph king will return any verified, uncontested Account balance to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding AML checks.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a Player's material breach of this Agreement, ph king reserves the right to withhold any remaining Bonus balance and, where applicable, to void winnings derived from activity in breach of this Agreement, subject to PAGCOR oversight.
14.1 The ph king Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph king takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and reliable performance, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph king's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
14.3 ph king shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of enjoyment, or loss of data, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or ph king was advised of their possibility.
14.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit ph king's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
15.1 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must contact ph king's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. ph king will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
15.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with ph king's customer support team, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. ph king cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution process and will provide all requested documentation and records.
15.3 ph king's system logs are the primary and definitive record of all game outcomes, transactions, and Account activity. In any dispute, these records will be treated as conclusive evidence unless demonstrable technical error can be established.
16.1 This Agreement and all matters arising from or connected with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is invoked under Section 15.2.
17.1 ph king reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version, together with its effective date, will always be published at phking.lat/terms-conditions.
17.2 Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — ph king will notify registered Players by SMS to their registered mobile number or by on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
17.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
