• KYC and identity documents: retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;

Age is verified as a mandatory step during the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed.

13.2 If ph king becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without proper verification, it will promptly delete all associated data and close the Account.
